r Sanders came, and went with
the boys to Church—
We had a visit from Mr S. Williams who has returned
from his excursion to the isle of Wight. I was employed almost all the
day in writing to the Secretary of the
Treasury— Received Letters from Messrs:
Eustis and Everett who have arrived in
Holland. They forwarded also to me, a Letter from my Mother, and one from Mr Joseph Hall of Boston. After dinner,
Mrs Adams with the boys took a ride— I left them
at Hyde Park Corner; and thence walk to Kensington Garden, through it,
and returned home, along by the Northern wall of the Park.
